Shipping is free via USPS First Class. Orders are typically fulfilled next-day and delivered in 2-5 business days.
If your piece arrives damaged or you are unhappy with it for any reason I will do everything I can to make it right. I'll send a prepaid mailer so you can ship it back at no cost in the condition you received it in for an exchange or full refund. Brass jewelry will tarnish over time. If you let it go it will darken which I find lovely. If you prefer to keep the raw brass areas bright and shiny, periodic buffing with a chemical-free jewelry polishing cloth will maintain the golden luster.
I use and recommend renaissance wax to seal and protect freshly buffed pieces.
Be gentle with polishing cloths and wax application, aggressive scrubbing can wear down the beautiful oxide layers.
All of my pieces are handmade, as such every one is 100% unique! The etched patterns are laid out on each piece by hand, and the oxidizing process I use to achieve different colorations results in some variation. The product images are a good representation of what you will be recieving, however each piece is one of a kind!
